Programs

We develop and manage programs based on the demands of our strategic partners, both in logistics, operational and/or academic agendas including co-curricular and cultural activities related to the topics covered by the program. The extensive network of institutional and professional contacts of ADELA and FLACSO-Argentina allow us to include meetings with social, political and cultural actors of local prestige. We also include the possibility of visiting businesses, NGO leaders, and government officials.

The agendas conducted in this manner ensure thematic coherence and logistic solidity, thus achieving a positive result of quality and efficiency. Prestigious members of higher education institutions from the US, Canada, and Europe partner with us to develop their customized programs with high quality results.

    HOW WE DEVELOP THE PROGRAM?

    Custom Programs

    Consulting and Program design

With the desire to prioritize the objectives of the program and create a schedule that maximizes the time provided, our faculty and staff will maintain an open and continuous dialogue with you. In this way, together, we can identify the ideal participants (in terms of leadership level and roles) and the composition of the class (multifunctional or within the teams) for each type of program. The time frame and format of the program will depend on what would be ideal for the scope of the topic and the timing of your organization.

There are several models in which our academic offering can be displayed. For example:

    Methodology and learning content

In our faculty, experts in their respective fields perform interactive sessions to maximize your learning experience. The exchange of lessons between the participants and the opportunities to establish contact with leaders from different sectors enrich the content of our program. The team of teachers of the selected program will provide frameworks for rigorous policy analysis and problem solving, as well as highly customized management and leadership development processes.
